CIVIL / UNDERGROUND CONSTRUCTION

Lite Access proudly offers solutions for all types of civil builds including directional drilling, plowing, conventional open trench excavations and narrow trench installations. AERIAL CONSTRUCTION

Having greater that 35+ years’ experience in aerial construction, Lite Access’s highly trained personnel provide our clients with complete solutions for aerial utility contracting needs. Providing complete pole line builds, make ready, strand, cable installation, splicing and testing. Lite Access offers full turnkey solutions to satisfy each and every need.

CIVIL AND AERIAL CABLE INSTALLATION AND SPLICING

Lite Access’ highly skilled splicing crews offer a vast range of services for both aerial, underground and inside termination applications including cable pulling, air blown fibre installation, transitions to aerial placing, splicing, testing and maintenance. Possessing numerous years of experience working with numerous brands of conventional cables, ribbon and loose tube fibre, micro and mini cables as well as twisted copper pair, Lite Access ensures optimal performance of your connectivity needs.

SPECIALTY CONSTRUCTION

Beginning in 2004, Lite Access focused on micro/narrow trench installation methods and designed and had manufactured equipment and specialized blades and tools that have been sold globally. Offering equipment and training has led to opportunities throughout North America, Europe and Africa and oftentimes, additional cities and countries adopt the Lite Access Way for fibre installation. MAINTENANCE

Lite Access proudly offers maintenance contracts for our valued customers throughout BC and extending into Alberta. Having crews located in various regions throughout the province, our team(s) provide 24/7 emergency repair and support for all your telecom connectivity requirements.

TRAINING

Working closely with First Nations and having successfully designed and built FTTH networks in BC, and Alberta, Lite Access is proud to offer specialized training programs in support of First Nations members obtaining valuable knowledge and experience of telecom construction, fibre optic splicing and maintenance. Lite Access takes great pride in our commitment to protecting the environment and works hard to ensure minimal impact to all surroundings. Having extensive experience working closely with environmental teams from planning to network hand off helps to identify known risks that become key factors during planning and construction. Equipped with hazard equipment, fully COR / WHIMIS compliant and ensuring full reinstatement to surroundings remains top priority for the entire team at Lite Access.

Products

Lite Access’ revolutionary Micro-duct technology has made end-to-end fibre connectivity a viable, cost effective and risk free bandwidth solution for clients across the globe. Micro-ducts are available in various sizes and configurations. Typically HDPE/MDPE materials are used in conjunction with an aluminum wrap or tracer wire to make up the majority of our catalogue.

Additional products also include Fibre-optic cable, Aerial Micro-duct, Low Fire Hazard Micro-ducts, connectors and sundries. Proprietary items include a cutting head, Shark Blades and the LiteXtend solution.

Mike Plotnikoff

PRESIDENT AND CEO (CO-FOUNDER)

Mr. Plotnikoff brings over 30 years of experience in the Technology and Telecommunications Industry and has held numerous Senior Management positions within the industry. A graduate of the University of Alberta, The Southern Alberta Institute of Technology and earning numerous Management certifications from Queens School of Business and MIT (Boston), Mr. Plotnikoff has a proven track record of successfully building strong teams that significantly improved revenues and earnings through the development of new markets, products and partnerships on a regional, national and international level.

Linda Han

INTERIM CFO

Ms. Linda Han Interim CFO: Ms. Han has over twenty years of experience in accounting, financial management and auditing. She held several senior positions with increasing financial and operational responsibilities across different industry sectors, including manufacturing, mining, and bio-tech. Prior to Lite Access, she served as corporate controller of a TSXV listed medical device company for seven years. Working closely with senior leadership, she assisted in planning and executing strategic initiatives, including process improvement, supply chain management, financing activities, M&A due diligence and integration after acquisition. Linda is member of Chartered Professional Accountants (CPA, CGA) of British Columbia. She holds a bachelor’s degree of Economics in Finance and Accounting from Renmin University of China and a Master of Business Administration from Laurentian University.

Mike Irmen

COO - OPERATIONS

Mike Irmen has been the owner of Ironman Directional Drilling LTD for over 14 years. Having greater than 30 years’ experience in the industry as an experienced and knowledgeable civil contractor has resulted in the award of numerous projects throughout British Columbia, Alberta and Saskatchewan. Providing an organized approach to all projects including attention to safety, Mike successfully achieves ways to increase efficiencies and reduce costs in each project.

Bob Moody

VP - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Bob with over forty years in the telecommunications industry takes an active role in implementing business excellence, developing new relationships, and maintaining trusted partnerships for long-term success. He has held senior management positions with established carriers and competitive service providers, responsible for business development as well as operations. Bob is a seasoned leader who can design creative solutions for any size of telecommunications company.

Scott Grant

VP - GLOBAL SALES

Scott has been in the telecom business for over 20 years. In his role as Vice President, Sales, Scott promotes the benefits of alternate fiber deployment techniques to government, carriers and ISPs around the world. Having done business in over 25 countries, Scott is actively involved with MISA and other organizations helping Canadian municipalities build their fiber networks faster, more economically and with minimal disruption to the community. Scott is a graduate of the University of Victoria.
